In Order to start a cooperation with our company there are certain Steps that you need to follow and certain requirements that you need to fulfill.

We at Pahit Ice are interested to co operate with people that are passionate and enthusiastic about the brand, that understand the principles behind it, have a good sense of hygiene and are committed to make their own Gelateria the diamond of the area they intend to operate. At this point we would like to make it clear that, we are only interested to start new Franchises in areas that are not covered by any existing Franchisees. This is one of the first criteria evaluated, as it is vital for us to protect existing Franchises and constantly update them so that they can meet the constantly changing demands and trends of the market. Every new Franchise will have the support of the Pahit Ice team, which provides these and many other services to our customers.

Things You should know

Pahit Ice accepts a lot of new applications each year and we find it very difficult to examine them all. The application through this website tends to filter applications for us, so that we are more efficient and examine cases that are only of interest to the brand By submitting an application form you are going to be asked to give certain details which allows us to perform a prime evaluation of the location. Please read our Privacy Policy and Information Regarding the Processing of Personal data below. Please, try to fill the whole application as applications that are not fully filled may not be read or taken seriously. After reviewing your application you will receive an email that informs you on the results of the Prime Evaluation. The Prime Evaluation will inform you, if the brand is interested to start a new Gelateria at your requested Location.Applications that pass this first evaluation will be contacted by the company within one or two weeks to set up a meeting at the location under review.

COMPLETE OUR APPLICATION

Once your application is complete, you will receive the Pahit Ice™ prime evaluation email, informing you if the location is approved. Then, the discovery process begins to determine whether or not Pahit Ice™ is the right choice for you.

SECURE YOUR LOCATION & DESIGN YOUR STORE

Our Team offers advice so that you can find the right location. Next, you will sign the lease for your store. During store build out, our experienced support team advises with everything from creating your official construction drawings, build up an ergonomic store, to ordering your equipment and décor package.

TRAIN

Prior to opening your store, you will attend a full training program at our headquarters in Engomi, Nicosia. Hours of classroom training and in-store training equips you to run your Gelateria. From people to product and marketing to sales… we cover it all.

OPEN YOUR STORE

You and your support team will work together from the time you are approved to the time you serve your first customers, and beyond. We’ll provide ongoing operations and marketing support. When you become part of the Pahit Ice™ family, you’ll never be on your own.
